Making custom orders simple without forcing them into a normal storefront
A standard online store expects every product to have a set size, quantity, and price. Custom sticker and label requests rarely work that way, and customers start from different places.
- Some know exactly what they want and already have print-ready artwork.
- Some have a rough idea and nothing drawn yet.
- Some have a logo, photo, or reference image to work from.
- Some are not sure yet about the size, the quantity, or how they will get their order.
The goal was to gather enough useful information for PeachMellowCo to review each request, without presenting customers with one large technical form.
A guided request flow instead of a shopping cart
We designed custom orders as a guided request in eight short steps. Each step covers one part of the request, so customers make one focused decision at a time. Size and quantity choices change with the product, and where a customer may not know yet, the step offers "Not sure yet."
Customers can describe an idea in their own words, add reference files, and check everything before sending. There is no account to create and no checkout. Payment is arranged after PeachMellowCo reviews the request and the customer approves a quote.
1. Product
What to make, from individual stickers to labels.
2. Design
Where the customer is starting from: an idea, a logo or image that needs work, or print-ready artwork.
3. Size
Standard sizes, a custom size, or not sure yet.
4. Quantity
Standard quantities, a custom quantity, or not sure yet.
5. Details
The idea in the customer's own words with optional reference files, or the artwork files.
6. Other
Anything else to know, an optional date, and how the customer would like to get the order.
7. Contact
Name and email, with phone, Instagram, and business name optional.
8. Review
Every answer in one place, each with its own Edit button.

A structured request, reviewed before it is sent
The Review step gathers every answer into one summary: product, design approach, size, quantity, the idea, and how the customer would like to get the order. Each answer has an Edit button that returns to its step and then back to the summary, without clearing anything already entered.
For PeachMellowCo, every request comes in with the same fields in the same order, with the customer's own words where they matter. Reviewing a request and following up starts from a complete picture instead of a loose message.

A playful brand with clear controls
PeachMellowCo's illustrated characters, peach and pink colours, and rounded type carry through the site. In the order flow, the decoration steps back so each decision stays easy to read.
- Clear choices
- Each option is a large, labelled target, and the selected one changes its fill, border, and marker.
- Plain questions
- Steps ask short questions, such as "How many do you need?", with a progress bar showing how far along the request is.
- Designed for phones first
- On a phone the choices reflow into a compact grid and the main button widens to fill the row.

Built to stay lightweight
PeachMellowCo is a Vue 3 site built with Vite and hosted on Netlify. Requests, including any attached files, are submitted through Netlify Forms.
The architecture is sized to what the business needs. There are no customer accounts, no payment processing, and no custom server to maintain, because every custom request is reviewed and quoted before any payment is arranged.
The finished experience
The finished site provides a branded path from an initial idea to a structured custom request PeachMellowCo can review and follow up on.
After sending, the customer sees that the request was received and that no payment has been collected.

Tell us about your business and what the site needs to do, and we will propose a plan with scope, approach, and cost.
