A one-time $249 credit toward one implementation project, with no expiry. The credit conditions are listed on this page and set out in your agreement.
On-site prices include travel within Windsor-Essex. A travel charge may apply in Chatham-Kent. We'll confirm it before you book.
Prices are in CAD. Taxes, if applicable, are extra.

What you receive
- A written upgrade plan with prioritized recommendations
- A one-time $249 credit toward a qualifying implementation project, with no expiry
Not included or priced separately
- Hardware and the projects the plan recommends, which are priced separately
The $249 credit
- A one-time $249 credit toward one implementation project, applied when you accept its written scope of work
- The credit does not expire
- The project must include at least $750 in Lakeshore Logic implementation service fees, counted after any other discounts and before this credit and tax
- Hardware, tax, travel, and third-party trade work do not count toward the $750
- Help Visits, Remote Support, and the Care Plan are not eligible and do not count toward the $750, even in the same scope of work
- One Blueprint credit per implementation project. The credit has no cash redemption value and is not transferable without our written approval
- A meeting, enquiry, assessment booking, or unsigned proposal is not acceptance of a scope of work
- A project quote may have its own validity period. If it expires, the scope, price, and current rates may change, but your credit remains available
- Statutory refund rights are unaffected. Full eligibility terms are in your agreement
