A focused on-site visit to set up, fix, or organize the smart-home devices you already own: voice assistants, cameras, doorbells, sensors, smart plugs, routines, and everyday connectivity issues. Includes up to 90 minutes on site.
Best for: Devices you already own that need setting up, fixing, or organizing, from a single stubborn doorbell to routines that never quite worked.
From $149
Additional time: $95/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
On-site prices include travel within Windsor-Essex. A travel charge may apply in Chatham-Kent. We'll confirm it before you book.
Prices are in CAD. Taxes, if applicable, are extra.

Not included or priced separately
- Time beyond 90 minutes: $95/hour, billed in 15-minute increments
- New devices and other hardware
Electrical work is completed by an ECRA/ESA-Licensed Electrical Contractor hired directly by the client. New in-wall Ethernet runs, exterior camera mounting, and similar low-voltage work are completed by a qualified installer hired directly by the client.
